A Novus Striker match in play
In the current build

What the match sounds like

Adaptive match audio

Music, crowd, interface, ball, tackle, keeper, reward and commentary cues are wired, and rate limits keep a repeated action from machine-gunning one sample.

What this screen is for

Audio is a system rather than a backdrop: each cue family is wired to the moment that earns it, and the mixer treats a burst of identical events as one thing to voice rather than many. That is why a scramble in the six-yard box reads as a scramble instead of a rattle of the same tackle sample.

The flow

From landing page to next action

  1. 01

    Kick off

Crowd and music beds establish the arena before the first touch.

  2. 02

    Play

Ball, tackle and keeper cues fire from the events themselves, rate limited per family.

  3. 03

    Settle

Reward and commentary cues close the moment out and hand back to the bed.

What players can expect

  • Music, crowd, interface, ball, tackle, keeper, reward and commentary cue families
  • Per-cue rate limits, so a repeated action cannot machine-gun one sample
  • Cue variants, so the sound that plays twice is not the same recording twice
